Relimited

Plans

Three tiers. One conversation to price them.

The ladder matches how most small firms actually grow: a floor of monitoring, then mail and identity, then a security operations posture. We quote after we see the tenant and the devices. Invented monthly numbers on a homepage are how shops get surprised at signature. Radiant Elements Limited (Toronto, est. 2020) operates as Relimited — same legal entity on the invoice.

Plan

Essential

Always-on monitoring and a reachable technician for the shops that need a floor, not a fortress. The starting point when one person has been “doing computers” after hours.

  • 24/7 monitoring and patching (RMM, antivirus, EDR)
  • Microsoft 365 user and license management (admin center)
  • Entra MFA basics and joiner / leaver hygiene
  • Secure remote support
  • Quarterly security / Secure Score note a non-technical owner can read
  • Onboarding and offboarding of seats

Plan

Premium

Intune compliance, Purview/DLP, privileged identity, and a vCIO cadence against Microsoft Cloud roadmaps — for firms that cannot afford a quiet outage.

  • Everything in Professional
  • Microsoft Purview / data loss prevention (DLP)
  • Microsoft Intune endpoint compliance (MDM)
  • Privileged identity with just-in-time admin access
  • SOC-style monitoring with 24/7 threat detection
  • Incident response assistance
  • Quarterly vCIO roadmap (Microsoft Cloud + budget)
  • Cyber-insurance guidance where available in Canada
  • Copilot readiness when the tenant is clean enough

Side by side

Included means it is in the tier. Optional means we can add it without jumping the whole ladder. A dash means that control lives on a higher plan — on purpose.

After the first quarter

Quiet is the deliverable.

We do not invent five-star quotes. We write down what should feel different once the program is actually running.

01

Mail that stays boring

Phishing is filtered, leavers lose their seats the same day, and the inbox stops being the incident desk.

02

A restore you have already run

Backups are not a folder named Backup. Local and cloud copies exist, and someone has opened them on purpose.

03

Fewer owner evenings

The printer, the Wi-Fi, and the login that will not — those tickets land on a named path, not on the owner at 9 p.m.

04

An insurer form you can answer

MFA, mailbox backup, and identity controls are written down. Professional and Premium are built for that conversation.

How we choose a tier with you

If mail is the business and you have never restored a mailbox on purpose, start the conversation at Professional. If you have a handful of PCs, a quiet tenant, and you mainly need someone watching patches, Essential is an honest floor. Premium is for firms that want just-in-time admin, a SOC-style watch, and a quarterly roadmap a board can read.

We will not upsell a fortress onto a five-person shop. We will also not leave an insurer’s MFA question sitting in a drawer.

Headcount changes. A second office appears. Someone clicks a PDF that is not an invoice. The tier can move without a forklift replacement of everything you already paid for.

After you pick a lane

  1. 01

    A short, honest look

We ask for a tenant walkthrough, a device count, and the last three outages you remember. No 40-page RFP theatre. If a one-time clean-up is the honest next step, we say so.

  2. 02

    A written floor

You get a recommended tier, what we will watch, what we will not pretend to cover, and how to reach us. SLAs go in the agreement before the first remote session.

  3. 03

    Stabilize, then improve

Week one is backups, MFA, and the noisy tickets. Month one is patching and mail hygiene. Quarter one is a report a non-technical owner can actually use.

  4. 04

    A cadence that stays

Quarterly security notes on Essential. Identity and mailbox backup on Professional. A vCIO roadmap on Premium — budget, risk, and what to buy next year.

Questions owners actually ask

Break-fix waits for the smoke. Managed IT watches the stack so fewer things catch fire — and still shows up when a printer vanishes. Relimited is the second kind, with on-site time in the GTA when remote is slower.

Next step

Tell us what should be quieter.

A short note is enough: headcount, where you sit, and the last thing that broke. We reply during business hours, Toronto time — with a recommended tier, or an honest one-time clean-up if a retainer is not the right next step. Replies come from info@relimited.com.
