When you send the inquiry form, Radiant Elements Limited (Relimited) collects the name, email, and message you type, plus optional company, phone, and plan interest. We use that information only to reply and to prepare a quote.

We do not sell inquiry data. We keep it as long as the conversation is active, then delete or archive it under ordinary business-record practice. You can ask what we hold, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@relimited.com.

The form may be delivered through Web3Forms or the mailer on our Hostinger host. Those processors see the same fields in order to deliver the message. This notice is written for Canadian personal information (PIPEDA). It is not legal advice.

What this page is not

It is not a US privacy policy copied onto a Canadian shop. It is not a claim that we are your lawyer or your insurer. Managed-service work itself — tenants, backups, tickets — is covered in the agreement we sign with you, not in this public notice.

If we later add analytics or a newsletter, we will say so here before those tools see a form field. Today the site is a brochure and a mailbox.
